1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (cook type)
1/2 cup sugar
1 can condensed milk
2 cups water
2 cups cooked brown rice
Combine eggs, pudding mix, sugar and condensed milk. Add 2 cups water, then add cooked brown rice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to keep from burning. Cool at room temperature, garnish with cinnamon, nutmeg, or blackberries.
